A LOT OF PEOPLE here in los angeles are bi-lingual, many of them Spanish & English speakers, usually English as a second language, rather than vice-versa; not sure they are exceptional in their social skills, ...but my concern is whether some of those who are ESL have loyalties that are to their "home country " first and only to America IF they are rewarded economically. If push comes to shove they will support their home country. There's no innate loyalty to America for America's sake.
