I RECENTLY re-DISCOVERED THIS (fyi) [for young teachers, if you get "non-reelected without cause" it doesn't mean you are "fired" per se. It's more of a political thing actually, and can be explained or analyzed in a variety of ways, but it definitely sheds no meaningful light on you as a person or your competence in the classroom. In fact, in some cases it may mean you are "too good" (which is only possible in public education where longevity is more important than competence):
